Licence agreement.
This agreement governs your use of the Meridian loader and any panel you licence (together, "the Software").
- § 01
Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Software for the duration you purchased, for your own personal use.
- § 02
One seat
Your licence activates on one device at a time. Moving to a new device requires resetting your seat — contact support and we will reset it.
- § 03
Restrictions
You may not share, resell, rent or sublicense your licence or key; copy, redistribute or publish the loader or any build; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Software except where the law expressly allows; or circumvent licensing, verification or seat binding.
- § 04
Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property in it remain ours. This agreement grants you access for a time, not ownership.
- § 05
Use at your own risk
Panels write to live game state, so back up your saves before using them. Achievement and anti-modification behaviour is specific to each title; where a panel disables achievements we say so on its page. You are responsible for how you use the Software within the games you play.
- § 06
Termination
This licence ends when it expires, if you breach this agreement, or if the key that granted it is revoked. When it ends you must stop using the Software.
- § 07
As is
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Meridian is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher; trademarks belong to their owners.
