Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data Meridian Admin Systems collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

  1. § 01

    What we collect

Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. If you enable two-factor authentication, an encrypted authenticator secret.

Entitlements: the licences and subscriptions on your account.

Device: a hardware identifier (HWID) from the machine you activate the loader on, used only to bind your seat to one device.

Orders: the metadata for each purchase — amount, status and the reference returned by our payment processor.

Operational: the minimal server logs needed to run and secure the Service.

  2. § 02

    How we use it

To create and secure your account, verify your email, deliver and enforce your licence, bind your seat to one device, process payments, send transactional email (verification, password reset and licence confirmation), and detect and prevent abuse.

  3. § 03

    Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your wallet credentials — only the order metadata needed to reconcile and support your purchase.

  4. § 04

    Email

Transactional email is sent through our email provider. We send only messages related to your account and purchases. We do not send marketing email.

  5. § 05

    Cookies

We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and scoped to the account domain. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

  6. § 06

    Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the payment and email processors above, and where the law requires. We keep account and licensing records while your account exists and for as long as we need them for legal, security and accounting purposes. Licence keys are stored only as a hash — we cannot recover the plaintext.

  7. § 07

    Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data through the Contact page, subject to records we are required to keep. We will respond within a reasonable time.
