Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Meridian Admin Systems website, account area and loader (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. § 01

   What we provide

   Meridian sells time-limited licences to admin panels for supported games, delivered through a version-locked, checksum-published loader. A licence grants access to a panel for the game version it targets. It is software access, not a physical good.

2. § 02

   Accounts

   You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for your account, your password and your two-factor device, and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

3. § 03

   Acceptable use

   A licence is for one person and activates on one device at a time. Do not share, resell or sublicense keys or access; do not attempt to circumvent licensing, seat binding or build verification; and do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. § 04

   Licences and updates

   A licence runs for the duration you purchase and includes updates for that duration. Renewing early adds time to the end of your existing licence rather than starting a second one.

   When a game update requires a panel to be rebuilt and re-verified, we may pause the affected loader. The current state is shown on the site before it becomes a broken panel in the game.

5. § 05

   Availability and changes

   The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it, and we may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new "updated" date; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

6. § 06

   Suspension and revocation

   We may suspend or revoke access for breach of these terms, for fraud, or where a payment is reversed. Revoking a licence key claws back the time it granted, which may end access immediately.

7. § 07

   Disclaimers and liability

   Panels write to live game state; you use them at your own risk and should back up your saves first. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence it concerns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. § 08

   No affiliation

   Meridian is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or rights-holders of any supported game. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
