Refund policy.
How refunds work for Meridian licences. The short version: crypto payments are final, but if something is wrong on our side we will make it right.

Digital licences
A Meridian licence is digital access, applied to your account as soon as your payment settles. There is nothing to ship and nothing to redeem.

Crypto payments are final
Payments are made in cryptocurrency, which has no chargeback or reversal mechanism. For that reason we do not offer automatic refunds, and every refund we do issue is a manual send at that day's rate.

When we will help
If a licence could not be delivered, was charged incorrectly, or a panel was unusable for reasons on our side, contact us. We will put it right — by fixing the issue, extending your licence, or issuing a discretionary refund to a wallet address you provide.

What is not refundable
A change of mind after a licence has been activated, or a problem caused by not meeting the stated system requirements, is not normally refundable.
